Close Brothers Asset Management has reported total client assets of £10.7 billion for its third quarter ended 30 April 2017, up five percent since the start of the quarter.
Managed assets totalled £8.5 billion, up seven percent since 31 January 2017.
In a trading update the firm said this was due to “strong net inflows as well as positive market movements”.
The update added that the group, of which Close Brothers Asset Management is the private client division, had recorded “strong profitability across all three divisions”.
Earlier this year Close Brothers Asset Management won the PAM Awards for Investment Performance: Cautious Portfolios and Client Service Quality (HNW) and was shortlisted for the Quality and Clarity of Reporting HNW Award.
