London-based wealth manager appoints former UBS and Fidelity fund manager to board

London-based Apollo Private Wealth has appointed Ilario di Bon to its board as a non-executive director, subject to regulatory and shareholder approval.

Mr di Bon has over 25 years of experience in the fund management industry including positions at UBS, Fidelity and Alliance Trust.

Nauman Gondal, managing partner at Apollo, said Mr Di Bon “brings extensive board-level experience, knowledge and relationships in the investment management industry that will be invaluable to us as we continue to execute our exciting growth plans.”

Launched in August 2017, Apollo Private Wealth works on behalf of a select number of high net worth and ultra-high net worth private clients, entrepreneurs and key executives. It is a principal practice partner of St. James’s Place.
