WH Ireland raises £2.4m in new ordinary shares

WH Ireland has unconditionally raised £2,400,000 from the issue of 2,000,000 new ordinary shares of 5p each at a price of 120p per share, subject only to admission.

As part of the placing, Oceanwood Capital Management Limited have subscribed for 970,000 ordinary shares, increasing their total holding to 5,334,214 and 17.86 percent of the company's enlarged share capital. 

Additionally, Polygon Global Partners Limited now hold 8,262,126 ordinary shares, an increase of 970,000, and 27.7 percent of the company's enlarged share capital.

As previously announced, application has been made to London Stock Exchange for the new ordinary shares to be admitted to trading on AIM. It is expected that admission will be effective, and dealings will commence today (12/02/2018).
