LGT implements new software to digitalise its global customer lifecycle management processes
12/04/2018 , News Team

LGT, an international private banking and asset management group, has selected Appway Digital Banking Platform to digitalise its global customer lifecycle management processes, including prospecting, onboarding, support, and offboarding.

Beginning with the first project phase in April 2018, LGT will introduce an optimised customer onboarding process for its Liechtenstein head office as well as its private banking branches in Switzerland, Austria, Singapore, and Hong Kong.

Headquartered in Switzerland with offices around the globe, Appway’s software suite serves over 420,000 users worldwide. Its Appway Digital Banking Platform will provide a global template for key customer lifecycle management processes while supporting compliance in all regions that LGT serves.

Owned by the Princely House of Liechtenstein, LGT employs over 3000 people who work out of more than 20 locations in Europe, Asia, the Americas and the Middle East.
