LGT, an international private banking and asset management group, has selected Appway Digital Banking Platform to digitalise its global customer lifecycle management processes, including prospecting, onboarding, support, and offboarding.
Beginning with the first project phase in April 2018, LGT will introduce an optimised customer onboarding process for its Liechtenstein head office as well as its private banking branches in Switzerland, Austria, Singapore, and Hong Kong.
