Jersey's finance commission warns companies to be vigilant amid cyber 'impersonation attacks'
23/05/2018 , News Team

The Jersey Financial Services Commission (JFSC)  are asking local companies and islanders to be extra vigilant as local companies are allegedly being subjected to cyber ‘impersonation attacks’, resulting in substantial financial losses.

The JFSC believes that this is not an isolated incident and that cyber criminals are impersonating individuals from within their own firms.

No further information has been disclosed but if you believe your firm has been compromised then contact your JFSC supervision team immediately and report this to the States of Jersey Police.
