Sanne appoints new private equity director

Sanne has appointed Ashley Vardon as director of private equity funds, to be responsible for the delivery and oversight of fund administration services for private equity and listed funds within Sanne’s Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA) business. 

Jersey-based Mr Vardon brings extensive industry knowledge of complex private equity structures including financial stability board regulated and unregulated companies, funds and ancillary, co-investment and carried interest vehicles.  
Prior to his new appointment, Mr Vardon spent 11 years at Ocorian Limited and was a director. He oversaw teams specialising in private equity and Shari’ah compliant structures. Mr Vardon is also an associate of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators.
Oliver Morris, head of private equity - EMEA at Sanne, said: “His experience in private equity funds will be extremely beneficial to SANNE and will be vital in supporting our growing business.”
Sanne is a provider of administration, reporting and fiduciary services to leading alternative asset managers, financial institutions, family offices and corporates, with funds that have in excess of £200 billion of assets.
