AMF, a French regualtory body, has appointed Charlotte Henry as head of digital transformation, reporting to François Ardonceau, managing director of operations, human resources and information technology.
Ms Henry began her career in 2008 at Arval, part of the BNP Paribas group, in the corporate IT department, and then in the business strategy and organisation department, where she worked as a project and change manager. In 2012, she joined the general inspection at BNP Paribas as internal auditor for the BNP Paribas real estate subsidiary. A year later she was named head of strategy and organisation, reporting to the chief executive officer of Younited Credit.
AMF is responsible for ensuring that savings invested in financial products are protected, that investors are provided with adequate information and supervising the orderly operation of markets. It has 492 employees and an operating income of EUR 119.06 million.
