Old Mutual Wealth Private Client Advisers has acquired the advisory arm of accountancy business, Saint & Co, in Carlisle.
Saint & Co will add £100 million of assets under advice (AUA) to the national financial planning business, which now advises on over £2 billion in client assets.
Philip Dhillon, Saint & Co partner and adviser, Trevor Iredale, adviser and a support team will all join Old Mutual Wealth Private Client Advisers’ Cumbria regional hub.
This follows the firm’s acquisition of Scottish financial planning firm, DG Pryde Ltd in May this year and A&M Financial Services in February.
